Love, Unfiltered
Maven Lynn Williams hasn’t had it easy. Maybe on the surface, it looks like it. But beneath the walls she’s carefully constructed, is a girl who is just trying to keep her dad sober all the while in college, dealing with her own mental health, and a relationship that looks more perfect than it really is.
And she’s doing a good job at it—mostly.
Until, piece by piece, things start falling apart. It’s getting to the point where she doesn’t know how much more she can handle. When the last piece crumbles, she does the only thing she knows. Try to keep the façade going.
Yet there are too many people in Maven’s life to let her spiral any further. Especially Deran—the co-worker turned friend. The confidant. The shoulder she can cry on. And the friend she swears can only ever be just a friend, even if it hurts.
But maybe it’s time for Maven to learn what real love is. Unfiltered, true, and easy.
*Book Releases 5.10.22. Will ship then.
